I would definitely hire DC/AC again. We got estimates from two other companies, but switched to DC/AC because we felt Jeff Saunders was honest and up-front with us. He understood what we wanted, answered all our questions, provided the best price, and led the team that installed our new system. His expertise is evident, and he was always courteous and professional in his communication. If anyone is on the fence regarding who should service their AC, I recommend DC/AC.

Great service and very friendly staff. I called DC/AC at about 9 am to fix my air,the owner answered, which usually never happens. He told me he could be there in less than 2 hours. Most companies i called had at least 2 days wait. When they showed up at my house i was surprised to see the owner at my door. Their service is top notch,they are very reasonably priced and the work was impeccable. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. They had my A/C up and running in no time.
Very professional. I called DC/AC to fix my air, after checking out my whole system It turned out to be a thermostat wire problem,the gentleman who came out was very professional. He fixed my thermostat for just the service call,no extra charge like most companies, I would highly recommend this company to all.
These guys are true pros, We did a consultation with them and they took the time to go over our requirements and make suggestion to give us what your home needed and should be and then provide us with the best equipment are a great price. They do the work on time, in a clean professional manner. I highly recommend them.
This company honors what they advertise. They are very reasonably priced. Their repair people are on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I just had them out today to repair my AC. I’d called many places to find very expensive service call charges which were in addition to any repair costs. DC/AC was less expensive and had a coupon they honored for free service calls with repairs… again… they honored the coupon. I live in central Florida, called them and scheduled a time which wasn’t a 4 hour window but a half hour window. The person who took the call was nice and listened what I had to say then made the appointment. The repair person was Kevin. He called ahead of time showed up on time diagnosed the issue. Talked with me about it and fixed it. He was polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the cost! I’d recommend them to anyone.
I have had several units fixed by this company. They are reliable friendly fair priced and quick. I will always call them for my A/C needs.
Called Brent after noticing my AC was leaking water, schedule time for 10am-2pm. Called the morning of to request a call before coming and he said that would be fine. Brent then called me back and asked if I wanted him to stop earlier. He showed up informed me I just needed to flush my pipe, showed me how to do it and even took the time to explain to me how to avoid future clogs. He took his time and only charged me a basic service fee.
Great service. I have called twice for service and the company owner answered the phone himself. He responded to my house in a matter of hours. I recommend this company. Good prices and good customer service.
Very Fast! Excellent service!. I called Brent and he delivered. Very professional and fast. He figured out my ac problem and resolved it fast.
Best Company! My air conditioner ended up being down for almost two weeks. Several companies came out to check my unit and a couple thought they had figured it out. DC/AC came out and within a few minutes diagnosed the real problem and had my unit running within an hour and a half. They were not only punctual but early and were eager to give the best service I’ve seen from a company in years.

I called DC/AC company ! got a call back within minutes. afterwards some one was at my house within 45 minutes he was very nice an told me what the problem was, it turn out to be the breaker and container which he was going to change me a service charge. thanks Brent for being honest keep up the good work.
